Building seems new. Well equipped, and not the stereotype of Holiday Inn. Very Clean and Comfortable, very convenient for a Downtown location. Parking was attached, ($12.50); free parking is almost unheard of in Downtown, and the price here was better than some. I will return.

Facility and room were good, but smelled of cigarette smoke. The smoke infiltrated both rooms for the duration of the stay. It seemed to be coming in the vents - by keeping the bathroom door closed it contained it a bit. Reported the issue but it was never solved and I never received any feedback.
